– Familiarity with basic entries like thigh wraps, backcross straddles, or cat’s cradle.

I believe aerial is far more than tricks and performance. It is a space to quiet your mind, listen to your body, and rediscover your inner strength.

I came to aerial as an adult with zero athletic background. Movement didn’t always come easily to me, but yoga and aerial taught me to let go of perfectionism and listen to my body. I found a way to move that feels genuinely empowering and fun.

My mission now is simple: to create a safe, supportive space where you feel fully guided, your boundaries are respected, and you can comfortably explore what your body is capable of.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get from the airport to the villa?

Nearest airports: Faro (FAO) and Lisbon (LIS). From Faro, you can take a 45-minute taxi (€85) or an airport shuttle (€12). From Lisbon, you can take an express bus straight to Lagos (€15, 3.5–4h) followed by a short Uber (€5).

Group Transfers: We also help organize shared rides for guests arriving around the same time!

Absolutely! Most of our participants come on their own. It’s a warm, supportive community and a fantastic way to build lasting friendships with fellow aerialists.

The camp requires basic familiarity with moves like thigh wraps, backcross straddles, or cat’s cradle. Feel free to message me with a video of your practice if you’d like me to double-check!

A €500 deposit secures your spot upon registration. The remaining balance can be paid in installments, with the full amount due before the camp begins. All details are in the PDF guide.

We train on 1-point aerial hammock setups (also known as aerial sling), equipped with a swivel so you can spin smoothly.

Of course! I know how tricky it can be to remember everything. On top of recording during training, you’ll receive a complete movement script with element names and sequence video tutorials.
