Welcome to aerialjoy.studio! By using this website and purchasing online courses or gift vouchers, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Rules

This website offers online  courses and gift vouchers for photoshoots, managed by Klaudia Hennig. When you create an account to access your courses, please keep your login details safe.

2. Intellectual Property

All video lessons, guides, and materials on this site belong to aerialjoy.studio. Purchasing a course gives you personal access to learn and practice. You may not share, copy, or resell the content.

3. Payments

All prices are clearly listed on the product pages. Payments are processed securely through trusted providers like Stripe or PayPal.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Online Courses: I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you feel the course is not the right fit, send an email to contact@aerialjoy.studio within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Gift Vouchers: You can cancel your voucher purchase for a full refund within 14 days, provided the photoshoot has not taken place yet. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. After 14 days, vouchers are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to another person.

5. Other Services

For in-person classes in Krakow, individual workshops, or special events, all terms are arranged and agreed upon individually.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Aerial hammock practice involves physical movement and upside-down positions. Please make sure you practice in a safe space, use proper equipment, and listen to your body at all times. You are responsible for practicing safely within your personal limits.
