Hi, I am
Klaudia
Aerial Yoga & Dance Instructor based in Krakow
I teach aerial not only as a physical practice, but as a guided process.
It is about learning movement, building trust in your body, and slowly gaining confidence in the air.

My Story
For a long time, movement felt like shame. As an overweight teenager, I was terrified of moving in front of others and felt completely disconnected from my body. When I first started exercising, it was a form of punishment and an obsessive push to fix myself.
Everything shifted when I found yoga and aerial. For the first time, movement was not about burning calories or meeting external standards. It became a way to build inner strength, regulate my emotions, and finally feel at home in my own skin.
I did not grow up doing gymnastics, and I started aerial as an adult.
I know what it feels like to build strength from scratch and doubt your own capabilities.

Today my goal is simple: to create a space where you never have to feel judged or pushed beyond your boundaries, just guided, supported, and free to discover what your body can truly do.

Teaching Approach
I am a technical instructor with a soft approach. Safety, clarity, and conscious progression always come first.
I focus on understanding how the hammock works and how the body arrives in each position,
creating a calm space where students feel seen, respected, and truly guided rather than pushed.
I work mostly with women who are ready to step beyond what feels familiar.
They come to develop strength, mobility, and confidence in a conscious way,
moving far beyond chasing appearance alone.
• Safety First: Every position is taught with patience and deep respect for your body and boundaries.
• Intentional Progress: Steps are planned thoughtfully so you always feel secure and capable of advancing.
• Clear Guidance: Techniques are broken down simply, allowing you to enjoy the process at your own pace.

Experience
I have been teaching for over five years, with more than seven years of personal aerial practice.
Over this time, I have guided more than 1,900 students through regular classes, workshops, and private sessions.
• 45+ live courses conducted
• 22 choreography projects
• 3 online courses created
Some of my students have been practicing with me for years, and several have grown into teachers themselves.
This long-term trust is the highest compliment I could receive.
Beyond Technique
When I stand in the studio, I often see a younger version of myself in the room.
Someone who feels unsure, quiet, and often doubts or criticizes their own body.
Aerial and yoga were not the solution to everything in my life, but they gave me a path that truly helped.
Now, I share that path with others.
Not as a promise.
But as an invitation.
