A weekend to move, rest, and enjoy time in the air
Aerial dance workshops for women who already feel comfortable in the hammock and want to move with more awareness, control, and confidence.
A relaxed countryside setting, time to train, and space to breathe.
The weekend is centered around aerial dance workshops:
• wraps, shapes, drops and transitions
• long hammock exploration and new movement possibilities
• time to practice, repeat and ask questions without rushing
• a professional aerial photo moment in a beautiful space
Time off the hammock is just as important.
A relaxed rhythm, shared moments and space to slow down, with sauna and hot tub available at the venue.
This is for you if:
• you already feel comfortable in the hammock
• you want to deepen your aerial dance skills
• you enjoy playful movement as much as technical challenges
• you want to move, train, and rest in a calm and friendly environment
This camp is not designed as a first contact with the hammock.
It is also not an aerial yoga retreat.
The group is limited to sixteen women to ensure quality teaching and individual attention.
Meet your teacher
I am an aerial dance teacher with over five years of experience teaching aerial hammock.
I teach with precision and care, with close attention to technique, safety and individual needs. My goal is to help women feel strong, capable and confident in the air through clear guidance and a deeper understanding of movement.
During the workshops, I guide the process step by step, offering clear cues, individual support and space to explore.
The flow of the weekend
Friday
Arrival followed by a light and fun aerial dance session focused on wraps and long hammock exploration.
A relaxed evening with time to connect and settle into the space.
Saturday
The most intensive day, with two focused aerial dance workshops. One workshop is dedicated to split-based shapes and strength work, the second remains a surprise and will be revealed closer to the date.
In the evening, there is time to slow down, with sauna and hot tub available at the venue.
Sunday
A lighter aerial session followed by a professional photo moment in the beautiful practice space, before departure.
Photos
On Sunday, each participant will have a short photo moment in the aerial space.
Photos will be taken by a professional photographer.
Each participant will receive three carefully selected aerial photos, included in the workshop price.
The Location
Chmara Wróbli, Żuchlów
A peaceful countryside space, surrounded by fields and quiet. A calm, grounded atmosphere that supports both focus and rest.
Accommodation is arranged directly with the venue.
The venue offers shared rooms, typically for 2 or 3 people, with private bathrooms and a comfortable, cozy standard. Seasonal vegetarian meals with a vegan option are available on site, prepared with care using local ingredients.
