Aerial Yoga Retreat
Time to let go.
September 4-6, 2026 • Namaste Jamno
The sessions will be held in Polish.
You don’t need more discipline.
You need space to finally let go.
About the weekend
This is not a weekend about doing more.
It’s a space to pause. To breathe.
To feel your body again, without pressure, without performance.
You’ll move, rest, and explore in a calm, supported way.
Not to achieve.
But to experience.
If this feels familiar
If your body feels tired, but your mind doesn’t slow down…
If you’ve been pushing for too long…
If rest doesn’t really feel like rest anymore…
This space might be exactly what you need.
This retreat is for you if you:
• feel tense, even when you try to relax,
• want to slow down, but don’t know how,
• are looking for something gentle, but still guided,
• want to reconnect with your body in a safe and non-judgmental way.
What this is not:
• intense physical training
• acrobatics or performance
• an aerial dance camp
Aerial Yoga on this retreat
Aerial yoga here is a tool.
A tool to:
• create space in the body
• move with the breath
• shift between engagement and ease
• explore without pressure
The hammock supports you, but also invites awareness.
Nothing is forced. Everything is optional.
You are guided, but always in control of your experience.
Painting Workshop
Saturday afternoon is dedicated to a relaxed painting session.
No expectations.
No experience needed.
Just space to play, create, and do something different.
Rhythm of the weekend
The rhythm is spacious and intentional.
Mornings begin with gentle breathwork and soft movement.
During the day, we move between guided sessions, rest, and time for yourself.
Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is overloaded.
There is space to pause, to breathe, and to simply be.
